Machine Washable: Our rugs are made with top quality fabric that can be machine washable. Machine wash cold and for best result, shake well and air dry.

Care instructions:

• Machine wash, max 30°C, normal process.
• Do not bleach.
• Tumble drying, low temperature (max 60°C).
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean. 

Important Instructions: 

• When opening, re-roll your rug pile out and leave it in a warm room for 24 hours before putting it in place, this will help to reduce wrinkles and curling from packing, then please shake the rug well to get a super extra fluffy before use.
• A small amount of fibre loss is normal on a new rug.
• Do not pull any loose threads, please cut them carefully with scissors to remove them.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this may cause fading of the colour.
• Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear and reduce pressure marks from furniture.
• Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the colour.
• Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry white cloth - do not rub as this may stain the fibres.
• Vacuum your rug regularly to remove everyday dirt, we recommend the use of a suction type vacuum cleaner as a rotating vacuum brush can cause damage to the pile surface.
• We recommend the use of an anti-slip mat beneath your rug to prevent it from slipping and sliding out of place.
• Do not place this rug near an open fire.
• Please do not leave babies or young children unsupervised on this rug.
